01 — About The problem

Standard conventional
site lighting is two
decades behind

21st-century innovation

Diesel-powered lighting towers remain the industry standard across construction, rail and infrastructure sites — but they come with a growing list of operational, financial and regulatory emission problems.

They emit carbon emissions in sensitive or enclosed environments — inside buildings, rail tunnels and underground works. Combustion engines emit noxious gases, including nitrogen oxides (NOx). They also generate noise and require regular refuelling.

The industry demands a genuinely better solution: one that works without towing plant equipment or manual handling — not just a first-generation electric machine with the same mobility limitations as the diesel units it replaces, still needing plant equipment to manoeuvre it. The answer is radio remote control and zero plant.

The solution

The Next-Gen
electric lighting unit

Our core business is the R&D and design of electric machines and plant equipment, micro to medium size — specialising in task and directional flood lighting.

We have developed a series of self-driving, radio remote-controlled, zero-emission lighting units designed specifically for construction, rail, tunnelling, shipyards, mining, quarrying and industrial sites — removing the need for towing, manual repositioning or dedicated handling equipment.

Powered by battery technology with optional hydrogen fuel-cell support, the system delivers up to 28 days of continuous runtime — enabling lighting to be deployed, moved and optimised dynamically as site conditions change in real time.

This is not an adapted conventional product. It has been engineered from the ground up around how sites actually operate.

Developed by engineers with over a decade of hands-on experience operating plant equipment in real site environments — not a laboratory concept. Validated through SolidWorks simulation and physical prototype testing.

02 — Capability What it does
